This is E Ride Pro's factory foot peg mounting bracket, sold by side, with the two screws that fasten it to the frame. It's the structural link between the peg and the bike. Every hit a peg takes, whether from a rock, a log, or the ground in a tip-over, travels straight into this bracket. When a bracket bends, the peg sits at the wrong angle or feels loose, even with a brand-new peg installed, and that throws off your stance when you stand to ride rough terrain.
