SHE7014 is E Ride Pro’s factory 12mm jackshaft axle, sold with the nut, shim, and two bushings it mounts with. The jackshaft sits between the motor and the rear wheel and carries the intermediate stage of the drivetrain, so the motor’s full torque passes through this axle before reaching the final drive chain. That load is why E Ride Pro moved from a 10mm axle to a stronger 12mm one for the 2025 model year. When a jackshaft axle wears or flexes, the symptoms show up in the drivetrain: a clunk when you roll on or off the throttle, sprockets that wear unevenly, or a chain that won’t stay aligned no matter how you adjust it. This kit fits the Pro S, SS 3.0, SR, and the 2025 version of the SS 2.0. Bikes built before 2025 use the earlier 10mm axle and won’t take this part, so confirm your model year first.
