E7003 is E Ride Pro's factory controller for the SS 2.0. It feeds the bike's 72V 40Ah Samsung pack into a motor rated at 5kW and pushing 12kW at peak. That output is what gets the SS 2.0 to 30 mph in 2.36 seconds and on to a 60 mph top speed, so a weak or failing controller is often the first thing riders notice when the bike suddenly feels flat. The same SKU is also sold as the replacement for the original Pro-SS, but the Pro S, SS 3.0, and SR each run their own controllers, so check your model first.
