E-Ride Pro - SS 2.0 / SS 3.0 / SR - OEM Chain + Sprocket Set

SHE8011 is E Ride Pro’s factory 420 chain drive set for converting the primary drive on the SS 2.0, SS 3.0, and SR from a belt to a chain. The primary is the first stage of the drivetrain, linking the motor to the jackshaft, and the stock belt is its weak point. Dust, sand, and mud get between the belt and pulleys and cause slipping. Hard landings shock-load the belt, and eventually it lets go, usually far from the truck. This kit replaces it with a 42-link RK 420 chain running on a 12-tooth front and 30-tooth rear sprocket. A chain doesn’t slip when it’s dirty, and it handles the shock of jumps and hard launches far better than a belt. When it eventually wears, you can swap it with a master link instead of tearing into the drivetrain. Set the primary slack to spec during installation. Over-adjusting moves the motor rearward, so follow factory guidance and don’t crank it tight.
