SHE7990 is the genuine 72V controller for the E Ride Pro Mini R, the higher-voltage version of E Ride Pro's compact e-moto. It turns the Mini R's 72V 30Ah (2100Wh) battery into 3kW of continuous power and 8kW at peak, which gives the Mini R its 3-second run to 30 mph and 50 mph top speed. The Mini R and the original Mini look almost identical, but they run at different voltages and do not share a controller, so this unit is for the Mini R only. Common reasons to replace it include a bike that powers on but won't move, throttle that cuts in and out, or controller fault codes that stay after you've checked the battery and plugs. A genuine SHE7990 puts the Mini R back on the power curve it left the factory with.
